The Certified Real Estate Investment Analyst (CREIA) Program has been designed to recognize the unique qualifications and expertise of those professionals engaged in real estate investment.
Educational Requirements
Hold a bachelors degree, in any area, from an accredited college or university. Degrees from accredited foreign institutions are acceptable. If your degree is from an accredited foreign institution, you must submit a transcript translated into English, showing the official university seal. Educational credentials can be submitted when applying to the exam or at a later date. The educational credentials must qualify in order to be certified. Candidates who hold an associate's degree or have extensive experience in real estate investment may apply.
Experience Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's degree plus two years of experience in real estate investments. OR Associate's degree plus four years of experience in
the real estate investments.
Exam Content
Financing residential properties, Financing income properties, Financing project development, Valuation of income properties, Risk analysis, Partnership, Joint Venture and Syndication.
Exam Fees
The (CREIA) exam is a prepaid event and all fees are due at the time of registration.

The Registration fee is not refundable or transferable.
Retest Exam Fees
Non-passing candidates are not required to pay the $US 50.00 registration fees * when retesting during the one year eligibility period.
